Key Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle dental billing and revenue cycle management.

Perform insurance verifications with a target turnaround time of 10–45 minutes.

Execute AR recovery strategies to ensure zero pending claims in the 90+ days category.

Handle credentialing for new providers and multi-location practices.
Requirements

Excellent communication skills (English).

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Previous experience in dental billing or US healthcare RCM is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right talent.

Willingness to work onsite in Peshawar.
