We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Dental Billing Sales Executive to join our growing team. This position offers flexibility, with options for both remote and physical work arrangements. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for outsourcing solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and converting leads into long-term clients. Your expertise will be key in presenting our specialized dental billing and revenue cycle management services to dental practices and groups across the United States.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and target potential dental practices, DSOs (Dental Support Organizations), and clinics in need of billing services.

  • Conduct presentations and sales demonstrations highlighting our insurance verification, claims management, and AR follow-up solutions.

  • Manage the full sales pipeline from lead generation and initial outreach to closing contracts.

  • Understand prospect pain points regarding their revenue cycle and propose tailored service packages.

  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, pipelines, and deals in the CRM.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of dental insurance processes, billing workflows, or revenue cycle management (RCM).

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Strong analytical skills to assess practice needs and present data-driven solutions.

  • High self-motivation with a track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
